Yes, we can take it over. We start by getting to know how it's put together (the theme, the plugins, the hosting) and often clean up a few things the previous build left behind.

What does a WordPress maintenance plan include?

How fast do you respond to requests?
You'll hear back within one to two business days. Requests go straight to Javier, who already knows your setup, so you're not in a queue behind hundreds of sites, and most small changes are handled quickly rather than ticketed and forgotten.
Do you handle content updates, or just technical upkeep?
Both. Alongside the technical maintenance, we handle content edits, new pages, images, and the small changes that add up, so you're not stuck waiting or doing it yourself.
Can you take over a site another developer built?
Yes. We learn how your site is put together, tidy up anything the last build left behind, and take it from there. You don't need to have built it with us originally.
Do you offer monthly retainers?
Yes. Care plans are ongoing monthly arrangements, which is exactly what keeps a WordPress site healthy over time rather than only getting attention once something breaks.
Do you host websites?
No, we don't host sites ourselves. We'll recommend a host that fits your site and budget from the ones we trust, and help you set up the plan. If you'd rather keep your current host, we'll work with it, and if it's holding your site back, we'll say so.
