How do projects usually start?
With a 30-minute call. We talk through what you have, where it's breaking, and what you're trying to do, then we scope the work, including when a smaller fix beats a big project.
Do you do one-off projects or ongoing work?
Both. Plenty of clients hire us for a single build or migration; others keep us on a WordPress care plan for the long haul. We'll suggest whichever fits.
What platforms do you specialize in?
Shopify is our specialty, and WordPress has been a core platform for years. We also build custom and static sites and work with Sitecore and marketing platforms like HubSpot, Pardot, and Mailchimp. The project decides the platform.
Do you offer SEO services?
Not as a standalone service. We build every site to technical best practices (clean structure, fast pages, titles, metadata, and structured data) so search engines and AI assistants can reach and understand it, and we handle the redirects and metadata when a site moves in a redesign or migration. For ongoing SEO strategy, we're glad to work alongside a specialist you already have or bring in.
Can you help my site show up in AI tools like ChatGPT?
We can make sure it's ready for them. We add structured data, keep the code clean and fast, and make sure AI crawlers aren't blocked, so AI tools can find and understand your pages. No one can guarantee when or how an AI tool will mention a site, so we won't promise placements, but we'll give yours a solid footing.
