Yes, if you prefer it. Some agencies keep us fully behind the scenes, so the client only ever sees your agency. Others are happy to name us as their development partner. We work either way, and you decide how visible we are on each project.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, gladly. We're happy to work under your NDA and keep your clients, code, and project details fully confidential.
How do you handle communication with our team and clients?
However you prefer. We slot into your tools and cadence and can stay entirely behind the scenes, or join client calls under your brand if that's useful. Your call.
Will you try to take our clients?
No. We never pitch or poach your clients; your relationships are yours. We work as a freelance partner and never compete with the agencies we work with. Our agency work depends on it.
What's your availability for overflow work?
It varies with the roster, so the best way to find out is to ask. Because we keep a limited number of clients, we're upfront about capacity rather than overcommitting and missing your deadline.
Which platforms can you cover for us?
Shopify is our specialty, and WordPress is a long-time core platform. We also take on custom builds, Sitecore work, and marketing-platform builds in HubSpot, Pardot, or Mailchimp. If your client runs something else, ask. We'll tell you up front if we're not the right fit.
