What platforms do you work on?
Whichever one fits the job. Shopify is our specialty (including Shopify Plus), and WordPress has been a core platform for years. We also build custom and static sites, and have deep experience with Sitecore, HubSpot, and marketing-automation tools like Pardot and Marketo. If a different platform suits you better, we'll tell you.
Do I need to be on WordPress or Shopify to work with you?
No. Most of our work happens on Shopify and WordPress, but the platform should fit the business, so we work on custom-built sites and enterprise systems too. If you're choosing one, Solymar Digital will recommend what suits your budget and your team, even when it isn't the one we use most.
Do you work with agencies as a white-label partner?
Yes, and it's a good part of our work. We can stay behind your brand or be credited alongside you, whichever you prefer, and we never compete with you for your client.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance, or just projects?
Both. Some clients come to us for a single project or migration. Others stay on a care plan for years.
Where are you based, and do you work remotely?
Solymar Digital is based in Brookfield, Wisconsin, just outside Milwaukee, and works remotely, so where you're located doesn't hold anything up. Calls happen over video, and you can email Javier directly the whole way through.
Who will I actually be working with?
Javier, directly. Solymar is a boutique studio, so a limited number of clients get senior, hands-on attention with no handoff to juniors.
